Convention Registration Fees
Full Convention Registration includes All Sessions.
After the cut-off date, no reservations will be accepted at the special group rate. There will be a $50 cancellation fee for any registration cancelled prior to Sept 08, 2025. There will be $100 cancellation fee for any registration cancelled between September 08 thru 15, 2025.
NO REFUND will be made for cancellations occurring after September 15, 2025.
There will be a $50 Substitution fee for any substitution at any time.
